The Hotel is new so that's a plus. Wifi is fast. There's a convenience store nearby.
Very Very Small Room. The hotel is in Shinjuku but located at the other side of the scramble crossing. You'd have to walk 15-20 minutes before you reach the crossing and train station. The airport limousine bus station is quite far from the Hotel so you'd have difficulty carrying your luggage.
Great location and very helpful staff
The room was tiny, but expected in Tokyo.
Value for money, excellent location, helpful and polite English speaking staff, comfortable, accessible and economical for budget conscience vacations or business trips.
Very near to Shibuya center! ly 5 blocks! but still very quiet! nice location for shopping!
room WAY TOO SMALL! had to pay for the 2 bed room because with our 2 luggages no way we could even walk or go to the bathroom or close the door! once we moved everything very good!
beautiful design, good service and location.
rooms are too small, without small rack or cupboards. If there was iron box/board and moisturizer in the toilet it would be better.
Very good location....disappointed in information for tourists and that no one spoke English on any of the 4 days.. Rooms were very efficient
No cnn or other English channels No help with tourist information
Location - 5 min walk from Shibuya crossing, tons of shops and restaurants right out of the door, and about a 15 minute walk from Daikanyamacho, which was nice. Staff spoke very little English but still tried to be helpful.
Room was small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Noise - I woke up several times at night because I could hear muffled sounds at night, such as doors closing, what sounded like a staircase, people talking, etc - even though my door was closed. View - the view isn't horrible, but it isn't a postcard view, its just random Tokyo buildings
The location was great.
Very inconvenient waiting for the elevator since there was only one (that we knew of); it took us approximately 15 minutes to get to the first floor from the 8th the morning we were leaving for the airport.
